standard springs are too high lowering springs start at 40mm and are too low. eibach springs with 20mm added to the spring cups gives me 20mm lowering which should be about right and gives 20mm more shock absorber travel before botteming out which eibachs have a habit of doing to shocks nice james ...

it not a hard kit to fit you just got to work it out all i can do is get some pictures off mine,it been fitted to the car for a year and it still work good
