Yes, I'm hoping to show her this summer, not sure where and when though. What's the best?

Re: 1990 GT2 Tart Up
Haven't updated this for a while but here's a photo of how she's looking now.
Few bit and bobs to do before she will be back on the road..

Re: 1990 GT2 Tart Up
The car is now in the bodyshop being stripped down.... Found out that both the front and rear bumper mountings are rotten, seriously there's nothing left of them! The actual bumpers themselves are in really good condition but the bars? and the brackets? They just fell on to the floor in an orange ...

They are the standard wheels, painted black in the centre with the plastic rim bit painted silver, they came out really nice!

Re: cutting out
Mine was playing up like that the other day.
I popped the airbox off and sprayed a load of carb cleaner into the carb and run it up a few times, changed the fuel and air filters. I also chucked a whole bottle of redex in with half a tank of 98ron Tesco super unleaded or whatever it is.

Re: Making strange noise
Ok, I took the car for a long drive last night and the noise vanished, seems to be running fine. I'm wondering if the noise could have been caused by parking the car on a slant? When i'm in work I park the car on a very steep slope, could this be causing oil to run to one side of the engine or ...

Making strange noise
Just drove home from work and have noticed my engine is making a strange noise. Its a blooping sound like bloop bloop bloop bloop. I'm really worried something might be seriously wrong, it sounds as if the noise is coming from inside the engine somewhere, not the belts which I first thought.

Oil Change
Hey guys!
I recevied my service parts from ECP today. I'm wondering how difficult it would be for me to do the oil change myself. I have the 1.8 8v GT2. How much oil will I need to put in? Whats the deal with the sump plug, do I have to buy a new one if I pull it off to drain the oil?
