They differ mainly in the lighting areas Im using a 79 Mk1 Golf engine loom in my 79 Scirocco but didn't use the Mk1 Golf lighting loom because of the twin headlights and indicators the scirocco has over the Golfs single headlights and indicators in the bumper. wiring loom

i need a wiring loom for a mk1 1979 scirocco, tried ebay but no look was wondering if this would be the same as a mk golf, any help would be great.

Its good to see another Mk1 getting sorted out, I might even see another one on the road one day soon. Good luck with getting the chassis leg straightened, how did it get bent? previous owner, not sure what happened but i went to see the car, as was for sale 5 mins from where i live, looked at it ...

thats what i was thinking, the wings are solid from what i can see and feel but a few minor dents little crease,im hoping a good body shop will be able to sort out

well the time has come to pull my finger out and get started, so its away today to get chassis leg straightened previous owner never sorted, it drove fine just me being picky, and if the cars getting done its getting done properly. some advice along the way may be needed and would be much ...

if one of the wheels sticks out, then surely something more serious than a bend chassis leg? gonna be inner wing too? are you sure it's not just the wing has moved? have you measured the track width? to be honest not really sure how to check that, but was told off a few people who knew the car it ...

my younger brother asked around a couple of years ago, and got a quote for 200 quid. mind you that was for cash on a saturday afternoon ! Dont know if that helps out tho, but chance's are it may have already been on a jig. to be honest the only way you can really tell is that 1 wheel sticks ...

right when i bought my car i knew it had a bent chassis leg but but drove fine couldnt notice it at all didnt crab or anything, but the time has come to strip the car and redo it, so im looking to sort the chassis leg out what sort of price am i looking at to get it put on a jig to straighten it out ...
