Its offical - I hate my scirocco
So went to get the camber and tracking setup finally, matey rings me up says I need to come have a look at it.
Get there to find that where the wishbone bolts to the car, has a rather large crack all the way round the chassis :dash:
My mates threatening to weld it up, for me it'll never be right ...

Fresh wheels
Havent used the rocco in a while, started on the button though, given the suspension a freshen up, dug out some wheels I had lying about and gave them to the powdercoater. Arches are getting done monday with any luck, then it needs dropping a touch and some spacers on the rear.

Re: Bush Storm
This bloody scirocco is driving me mad. It just plain doesnt like me.
So I fitted some special PhilJ coilovers, all was fine except the tyre rubbing on them. Sorted that out by raising it right up and adjusting the camber untill the new wheels turn up.

Track rod ends
Just fitted some coilovers, went to do the track rod ends on the storm, and one side is pressed onto the arm? Euro wrong parts gave me both ends with threads... Does the whole arm have to be replaced on that side?

Re: Bush Storm
Lucky? I know! And unbelievably, I may have just found another brown storm sitting around.
Its not too bad this one, does seem like the arches are starting to go behind the kit. Will have to have a proper look.
Indeed its the cosmos blue, once its mot'd will give it a proper clean. Think the ...
