It looks really terrific Mark. Can't believe you got so much done so soon, whilst working full time. Proper job too, well done matey.

Re: Rear wheel spacers, a couple of straight queries

Thanks for that Bill. I might experiment a bit with a couple of different sizes. Would you recommend a particular brand?

Re: Rear wheel spacers, a couple of straight queries

Thank you for the photos chaps. It is quite a departure for me, as I'm usually 'Mr Originality', and don't get me wrong I love my motor, but the tucked in rims just don't look right to me. I'm pretty sure the extra width will give it more of a 'lowered' look too. Thanks again :beers:

Rear wheel spacers, a couple of straight queries

Hello. I'd like to experiment with some wheel spacers and really would like some practical advice from anyone who really knows. I've already done a couple of searches on here about the pros and cons, and sizes etc. My rims are 15" BBS RA's and as with everyone else's are too tucked in for my liking ...

Don't know if it's too late; have you tried Tar Remover?

Re: Painting a BBS RA any advice?

my steelies and trims are rattle-can hammerited. Easy to achieve a nice finish, (especially considering the time I spent on them!) but chips easily... (rust spots started coming through after a year) so not sure how strongly I could really recommend... Wards at Burton do a nice stove enameling job ...
