Do you mean how does the bumper skin attach to the iron behind it? If so, it's held in place with a series of clips.
If however you mean how does the whole bumper attach to the chassis, it's held on by four bolts - two on each bracket. The bolts are accessible via the top of the engine bay.
Shouldn't be held on with screws in either case.
