cheers mate :D

shes going in the shop next week for the body work, i cannot wait to get her into an mot to see what she fails on lol.

oh my plans have also changed for her. shes not going to have a full interior, shes not going to have a nice sound system, and shes not going to look perfect. But i am planning on a roll cage, rear discs, fire extinguishers, cut out switches and removing the sunroof. thats my long term plan anyway :beers: .

found out she still has an MOT till the 6th of july! so ill be buying tax and insurance on monday. then driving her to a garage for some welding work, then back home to book in an MOT.

Hell yes!

also, loving the poke on the front wheels, rears will need spacers to get the same fitment. oh, and i painted the red stripe white on the mk2's grill. seems to look good i think.

passed her MOT today!!!! :groove: :beers:

now to get her tuned! already looking at roll cages, harnesses, a hydro handbrake and rear disc conversions. aiming to build her into a a fun hillclimb car.

oh, and i have ordered a set of fake BBS RS rims, 8j rear 7j front with some new toyo t1r's for the mk2 golf, so the mim 1900's/yoko s-drives will probably go back on the rocco next week.

Mx5's are great. I gave my corrado for it as the rado was just boring. If you ever wana get rid or want something rwd *hint hint* you know who to ask. Haha. Depends what kinda buldge it is to if it will look good.

oh, regarding the bulge, something like one of these

haha, no it'll be something quite square, probably just an inch high box welded on top then smoothed, similar to this but no scoop just a bulge and half the width/length

on a side note, what the hell is this?!?! :hehe:

Its the 1.6 which blew up and the prev owner put a lower mileage one in, but I do not know any more info on the mileage of new one though. has the usual exhaust etc. It is an import version but didn't make a diff on my quotes with my insurer. Its on coilies which were slammed and has been raised a bit to make the ride better and it corner etc better. It has solid sills etc but a small patch of rust on the pass rear arch. Leccy windows but drivers side sitting in bottom but does work as can hear it and seen it move, just needs to be attached etc. I have literally just got a hard top picked it up at 10pm last night haha, the soft top does have a few small holes in.the prev owner ripped the spoiler of the boot and has holes left on it so could do with a bit of tlc and a spray. The pass side rear disc is warped but got new rear discs and green stuff pads. In the past week ive prob spent near £500 on it. Its on vw estoril wheels with toyo r888 but the tyres have about 2mm over at most. Thats where ill leave this at the min haha, bit too much detail haha

mx5 sounds like fun. ill keep it in mind if i ever decide to sell up ;)

The problem is theres a large hole in the bonnet right now haha. just covered with the aly plate. ideally a new bonnet would be better, but i cant find one close enough for cheap enough.

this style bulge on the williams clio would look good though as the rocco needs something square to compliment its lines i think.
