Replaced clutch cable, nice easy job and inspected hole thru firewall. This is the first thing I check when buying a rocco, its already had a good plate welded in, so thats all good
However, after fitting the new cable, the problem still exists. The pedal can only be depressed a third of its travel then comes to a dead stop and you cannot go further. This isnt enough travel to fully engage the clutch (if its engaging at all...)gears crunch etc. I have checked the lever arm that the cable connects to on the gearbox and that is being pulled up when the pedal is depressed.
Im beginning to wonder if there's something wrong with the push rod or if the clutch has "shifted"
Any ideas?
