The bump strips. They will come off with a little heat, not too much though as your will burn the paint!

They come off easily enough, depending on how good the glue is. Mine came off with a blunt knife and a little persuasion. The real pig is getting the excess glue off after the strips are removed.

White spirit is great for removing glue residue, good for getting the bumpers black again!

i haven't done them yet, but for glue residue ive just used brake cleaner. but then again i love brake cleaner.

What you need for removing the leftover glue and bits of trim tape is an eraser wheel. They are a toffee coloured rubber wheel that you put in your drill. They remove all traces of trim tape, glue, decals, vinyl, etc without damaging the paint. Using spirits is very risky, as if the car has been repainted using 1k paint (cellulose for eg) the spirits can attack the paint and cause you a right headache!
