).... called Electrox http://www.bilthamber.com/electrox.html Its just painted on in that picture but dries to a matt finish.You have to get all the crap and underseal off first as it won't dry properly unless it goes onto bare metal. Once it is dry it will happily receive a coat of shutz. I got the underseal off with a heat gun and chisel, then moved onto wire cup on the grinder. Tedious but worth it.
Also using the Bilt Hamber rust killing and rust proofing, happy with their kit so far, have had no issues.
