Supersport Zorsts

Post by Funky Diver »

Anyone used them? Thoughts, feeback, complaints, etc.

I am drawn to them for the fact that they have a much larger selection of tail pipes that the normally offered ones.

I am ONLY interested in the back box as having an SS mid pipe made.

Cheers,
Rich

I have a Supersport backbox with std downpipe and centre section. It's silent. Only had it on a week or 2 tho and not used the car much.

Not 100% - assume it's a rocco one as it fits.

I can put you in touch with the people that built my exhaust. Everything they do is custom so you can have a specific back box that's already fabricated for your car.

Cheers Funk, I may well take you up on that.

The direction I'm currently going is...

[*]Hottuning Manifold with downpipes (already got it)
[*]Custom Mid-Section
[*]Standard Back box

My thinking is that the main components are fairly custom, but then being able to pick up a back box off the shelf., for two main reasons. Exhaust note, it's cost effect (comparatively) in changing a back box if the noise is wrong and in my years of driving... the back box is the bugger that needs replacing more often than not.

I have a local guy who's gonna be giving me a quote for the main exhaust section though, and he has his own business doing Exhausts much the same. I'll get back to you if I feel his pricing is a bit whack :D
