fuel filter

Post by james butler »

need a high pressure fuel filter?
just so happens halfords do a metal canister filter that has normal 8mm hose tails!
so you can just push on some 8mm rubber hose with some jubilee clips.

Not sure how much that filter is but you can buy metal filters from car parts 4less or Euro car parts, listed under mk3 golf, 2.0L.

£7.43 (with discount code) for a good quality MANN filter.

only problem with the mk3 filter is the connections are made for plastic pipe quick connections and not for rubber hose unlike the above.
with a halfords trade card the filter was £8

Ok I see, not really looked into it as the mk3 filter does not fit any of my cars. :-D
