Flashing red light on temp gauge

Hi All

As above over the weekend the temperature gauge is flashing. It normally does this on startup if I remember correctly four or five times and then goes out. However it is continuing to flash. Any ideas?

The light will continually flash if your coolant is low on an injection car, check that first!

Ive had a look and it would appear the coolant was a bit low so will top that up later and see whats what

Hopefully it was just low coolant. If it comes back, you can find some more information in this thread:

I topped the coolant up and that has resolved the issue but thanks for the link
