Car looks great - not seen this thread before.
There are a couple of options for fixing up a cracked dash, if you can't find a good 2nd hand one.
1. Have it flocked - costs £60-80 + post, and the cracks can be filled with epoxy resin.
2. Fill with epoxy resin, smooth and paint with vinyl paint. I don't think the finish will be as good, as the texture on the repaired parts will be wrong.
