golf mk1/scirocco oil cooler pipe fitting size

I need to get some pipes for my oil cooler, I am running an early style oil cooler where the pipes connect to the top of the Oil filter housing.

Can somebody let me know the size of the fitting into the holes?

Thread pitch both ends is metric 1.5

The end that screws into the housing looks like 15 mm and the end that the hose screws onto looks like 17mm.

Why don't you buy new ones - Part Number 049 117 233 Adapter.
