Re: Saddle Brown Interior Spray

Hey guys,

Sorry if ive made myself unclear or not read what your replies are properly however, the main problem i am having is that the sun has actually faded and made WHITE patches across lots of the brown parts in the interior (namely the inner door handle pieces)

Saddle Brown Interior Spray

Hey all,

The plastics in my mk1 scirocco various pieces have faded from their original saddle brown colour.

Just wondered if anyone knew of any Saddle Brown interior spray paints from VW or would I have to go try get some of this mixed up at a paint shop or similar?

Many thanks!

My brother is currently in Canada snowboarding for 6 months...
All I'm saying is keep an eye on your car as I may send him to steal it for me!

Beautiful example you have Rob and looking so original!

Re: New member: 75 Nepal Orange

Thank you very much for kind words.
If you are looking for TV lights, you can check out the vw classic parts website. http://www.vw-classicparts.de/ They still carry those at 50 euro each. I hope VW expands their classic parts section bringing back all those obsolete parts. It'd make restoring ...

Re: Show us your mk1

Looks really good mate, never would of thought of cookies on a scirocco but works quite well in the chrome, don't think you'd pull it off in any other colour though!

Trying to decide on wheels for my own 'rocco at the minute which is always a challenge! Got some BBS RM but they're such a common ...

Re: New member: 75 Nepal Orange

This car is absolutely gorgeous!

Was looking through one of your threads on another forum just earlier and I must agree with the above poster. It is looking pretty good to me!
Don't know if this is what you meant but BBS also stock their own original BBS Gold colour which is a pale gold so you ...

Re: Mk1 Quad Squares

Yeah I use it alot, never bought anything yet as ALOT seem to dislike shipping internationally, not 100% sure why as I'm covering all the costing!

It is definately a zender mk1 grill have come across many examples of it now and I'm leaning towards it rather a lot, even more so than TV lights. Which ...

Re: Mk1 Quad Squares

Did think if it was a legit grille it would most likely be by someone like Kamei.
However, with kamei i've only ever seen/come across the quad round light grille of theres so unless this one slipped under the radar or is extremely rare it would have to be by a different company I suppose.

Still ...

Re: Mk1 Bumper Chrome Stripping

Hey thanks for your quick replies and helpful advice both of you!

Thanks especially for the example on the car there! Didn't even realise that when I looked through your for sale thread originally! :dash:
Has helped me decide what I want to do with them though :)

Mk1 Bumper Chrome Stripping

Hey there all,

I recently bought some Chrome Bumpers but they're rusty and pitted on the front so arn't exactly very pretty to look at. For this reason I was going to strip the chrome and ...
