camber adjustment

has anyone actually used the camber gauge from frosts?

Not yet i bought one a while ago just havent got round to it yet, i didnt like the idea of using it on the brake disc for several reasons, 1 discs can wear unevenly, 2 you would have to load the front suspension and make sure it was level so was going to make up something to be able to use it on the wheel with the car on the ground

^^ What he said about brake discs.

I use a straight piece of wood and a 'spirit level' app on my iPhone.

I used a length of wood with a screw sticking out 6mm at top, rested against the wheel with a plumb Bob (cotton with screw on the end). The 6mm is about 1degree of camber.

Checked it on the ground. Measured how off it was, took wheel off, dialled back in the offness from the disc. Refitted wheel and checked. Seemed to work.

Just have to do tracking now.
