MFA plug on gearbox

MFA plug on gearbox

Do all the MFA equipped sciroccos have the 8 pin plug on the gearbox?

reason I ask is because I only have the 2 pin reversing lamp switch on my gearbox and my MFA is has only shown temperatures ever since I bought the car.
