Evening peeps
wonder if so one could help just fitted a new rad and a new thermo switch and thermosat and also fitted a new slim line 14inch fan which as just 2 wires coming off it , now i cut the old plug off the the fan loom and wire these two up to it ( does not matter which way as it sucks or blows) fill up coolant etc all ok bottom hose hot blowing hot air etc NOT overheating needle going half way but fan not kicking in now the new thermo switch is white and my old one was grey is there a differance in the temps before the fan would kick in i have bridge the connenter which plugs on to the thermo switch and the fan kicks in am just used to my old fan kicking in just before it got to the middle could the new thermo switch be a higher temp or what

There are a few different types, but the only other one I can see BBT doing is for a 1.3. Not sure how much of a difference it make though.
