I have a similar problem with the blower motor... in fact, all 3 of the roccos have some sort of blower problem - two of them work sometimes, but tend to cut out after a few minutes - is there an overload cutout on the motor or anything?

Any ideas for what to test or replace, before going for the whole blower swap (and others may be not much better). I'm reasonably handy with a multimeter.

Mine is the same,I even bought a new motor, but a couple of months back i went over a bump and it came on :nerner: When it stops i just hit the fuse board and it springs back into life.
My wife said the lights were on last night, and pointed it out to me,went to investigate, really weak front and rear light on pass side, turns out water is getting into the fuses, sprayed everything with wd,but will need to investigate.
At least i can still use the roc, can`t get in the caddy van as the doors freeze solid

yup, i've been having that problem with mine. yesterday morning i poured 3 gallons of boiling water over the door to thaw it out, started it up and left it for 10 minutes to warm up while i ran my truck thru the wash. came back to find the door had frozen solid again and my watering can still on the front seat  i've tried many different sprays on the latch and can't find owt that works :dunno:

I think it`s the actual door seal, rather than the locks,I have also tried all sorts to stop it freezing shut, not found anything as yet,not sure i want to smear Vaseline or copper grease round the door,or I will get it all over me

Went out in it last week to collect a chinese from the take away, got in it ok,but when i parked it up,I couldn`t get out of it,had to climb out the back, very embarrassing .
Got a job booked for 3 pm today, risky business in this weather,if my machine freezes it costs me a couple of hundred quid,so have to be very careful and drain all the solution out from all my hoses and tools,or it just bursts pipes and my quick connectors freeze, and also the chemicals i use,no fun

if it's just freezing to the ruber seal, give it a spray with mr sheen* and rub it in. it does stop it
