decal impression?

Got a repalcment door for the rocco, and it had a decal along the side, removed the decal no probs but you can still see there it was ie its raised in areas, tried t-cutting it but no good, anmy ideas? was thinking about a claybar? or as a last resort wet and dry?

Is it not glue dude, left from the decal?

If its not, looking like the best option would be to get it machined mate :good:

It doesnt appear to be glue, its been heavily t-cut!!!!!!

was going to clay bar it, however i havent done this before!!!!! any pointers?

Not sure a clay bar will do the job, but well worth a shot. Just use plenty of water/quick detailer. Read my guide dude, covers most aspects of using one :beers:

I used autoglym tar remover to get rid of the marks from my decals. I wish I hadnt taken them off my as I dont know where to get replacments! Maybe they were a factory option?

What about some good old fashioned rubbing compound? Then again it might be too severe. :dunno:

Pretty sure clay bar won't touch it. We have the same on the boot of ours, small dealer name or something die cut. Did the claybar and 3 step maguiars (by hand, no machine)... Great shine, but letters still there.
