Re: Show us your MK3
Did a good job considering the bloke disappeared with a load of deposits he had taken for other peoples drive, and also didn't pay the lads who actually did the work. Mine was the last one done!

Everytime i see one my thoughts are... 'I am liking this more'
I could even see myself getting one in 20 years time when they are £500 with 190k on the clock...
WHITE IS A TOP CHOICE TOO!!!

mazellann, remap has made a large difference, before our GTI edged it for pace (230ps) especailly up the rev range, the Superchips Bluefin map has similar characteristics to the normal map, however, after 3,000rpm its a different car given its got 100Nm extra peak torque, the car is dishing out around 260+ bhp in 3rd gear its massively quick, car is also more economical in normal day to day driving, you have to moderate the right foot in some conditions but strangely its not un ruley or torque steering all over the place

Re: Show us your MK3
decided to vinyl some bits on the mk3, original plan was gloss black wrap to rear bumper section above zorst and badges, change of plan meant a change to CF effect, teaser shots of work in progress (ended up doing slighlty more) and back tomorrow to finish it off, car also booked into Volkwagen Racing for one of their panle filters, short shifter (if in stock) and possibly a non res cat back (all be it i have an enquiry out for something a bit different), also have a wheel plans hatching for project GT-R
