Mk1 golf rear bench into a MK2 scirocco
Does anyone know if this is do-able without too much dicking around? Cheers all

If it is a rear bench from a Golf 1 tin top then you will have to dick around i'm afraid. The bottom section (the bit you sit on) is a straight swap but you will need to swap the material and foam from the Golf 1 seat back to the frame of the mk2 Scirocco, as the latches to secure the seat are different.
Can't confirm for a Golf 1 Cabriolet, as the Scirocco 2 and Cabriolet floor pans are the same you may also find that other details are similair such as the rear seat fixings that saved VW costs.
