That has got to be one of the worst adverts I have ever seen! If the car really is worth 12k (which it isn't) he's not going to get it with that!

Look at what comes up on the list below it - two mint fully original Karmann Ghias. You could buy both of them for half of what he wants for the Storm. I know what I'd do if I had 12 grand to spare. One Karmann Ghia, one Mk1 Sciroc, Import a proper 16v Mk2 and do mine up so it's mint. Reckon I'd still have change for petrol! I reckon that's my dream fleet.

His poor literacy does make you wonder, as do the other cars (Beetles) lying around under tarpaulins. I've asked for the extra CD of pictures, but not had a reply yet.

I just worked out that, in today's money a brand new Storm would cost £24,000. So he reckons it's kept half its value. That's pretty good going, is it not?

EDIT: I got so annoyed by that ad I re-wrote it for him and emailed him the results..... I'm an odd one. Poor English makes me die a little inside.
