For those of you with carbed engines who are having fuelling problems, here are some photos of a swirl pot insides. This one was full of rust flakes. The orifice size on the return line is 1.2mm. The plastic fuel filter comes off the suction pipe which goes to the carb, and looks like it is the same as the one on the fuel pick up in the tank but bigger. Sorry about the photos being small but I haven't a clue how to make them bigger in the forum.
