bumpers repair/respray

Who has had the above done.. my bumpers need tlc and I would like to keep them factory really.

there is a few light scratches, a couple of deeper nicks/chips.
I suppose I could flatten it high build primer and satin/matt black them.

if they are textured, a good bodyshop will be able to match the texture of them before they paint them (i'm assuming they're painted) or just leave tem as unpainted plastic if they're not.

had my front one smoothed and painted. You cant tell the texture is different from looking at it (other than it has a glossy look)

However the paint does crack after a while..
