Washer Jets / Pipes / Pump

I've been driving around for a while with no working washers so thought i'd have a crack at sorting out - a leak.

New washer pipe, a new t piece section, and nope, still dribbles out the jets. Have tried a different washer pump and also flushed the system but to no avail. I've come to the conclusion it could be:

The jets - gung'ed up - how do i clean them out?
The new pipe/hose is too thick - so overall there's not enough pressure? - have tried just a direct pipe to one jet without the t-piece but still dribbles?
Not enough current getting to the pump? - although it sounds fine
Both pumps are faulty! - Which seems odd - as the spare was defo working!

Advice / solutions anyone?

Use an air line to blow the jets out then use a pin.
Might be worthwhile seeing if you get your hands on a GL washer pump as these had to cope with
spraying water onto headlights as well, might be more powerful, worth a go?

GLs ran two standard pumps.

as the man says, get the airline out!
