Power Rohr Fitting

Post by jxp »

Just after i little bit of advice before I damage something.

Need to fit my Power Rohr but not sure if I need to amend the flexi pipework. Tried a trial fit and there just doesnt seem to be a way to bend the pipes to fit. So if anyone has fitted one any tips please on best way.

Cheers

Bend pipes ?

Remove old plastic induction pipe, undo the metering head rubber boot so that it is loose but wont pop off.
Insert power rohr to the manifold end first, then line it up with the boot on the metering head, (you might need to push the power rohr a little further in to the manifold rubber boot), if needed twist the metering head boot to match up well with power rohr pipe, insert as far as poss and tighten the two worm drive clips up. Job done.

There's no need to bent any pipe work there almost a direct fit..
