Hey guys, was wondering if you could help me.
I'm back at uni but my car is stuck at home in a garage as its been suffering from the dreaded filler neck problem, I had a filler neck on the way from someone on here but due to a couple of problems it hasn't come yet.
Anyway the garage can't source one and I ideally need it fixing soon, what should i ask the garage to do, i heard you could use a MK1 golf and cut it down?

Its a MKII GTII. any help appreciated

location of car? in case an alternative source for pipe is available.
