Scirocco Register

I can see what looks like a little clip hidden under the ring on top of the actual seat - it moves a bit with a screwdriver, but could be a red herring?

Any ideas?

That clip is what holds the headrest in.
You need to gently pull the loop end out with the end of a screwdriver.
Be careful not to rip the seat material if you slip.
It is shaped like a U shape and there is one on both poles of the headrest.
Once both clips are removed the headrest will just pull straight up and out.
