Rattly windows - mk1

When the drivers window is wound down - even a little bit it's quite rattly.
Now that the car is in bits, I was thinking it would be a good time to replace any window guides/seals/scrapers.

So the question is - what'll do the trick?

Check that there is still the rubbers in the runners inside the door. I had one come out of the runner at the back of the door (near the latch). Its just glued in there.
