Hi all,
I would like to tighten up the gear selection in my MK2 Scala injection as it has a fair amount of play (in addition to a nochety change from first to second).
Any suggestions?
Many thanks

Re: Gear Linkage
Or at least just change the bushes which is what I did and that made a difference and it’s only just over £10 instead of the £70 in the link above….

To help gear chance from 1st the 2nd when cold new fully synthetic gearbox oil can help a lot.
A coupe of bottles of this stuff is what I’ve been using in both my cars.

Re: Gear Linkage
If you have a look at the linkage and get some one to change gear you should be able to see where the play is and then you can decide how far and how much you need to spend if it’s just the bushes and rods or other bits that need changing…
