Missing Tag?

Good evening gents,

Is it just me or am I missing an OEM tag...

Looks like this should have been the place for a tag?

Placement is on the right hand side of the boot slam panel if that is what it is called?! The OEM holes have never been messed with.

That feature is untouched on my '92 also, I can't see any pictures online with something here, so I don't think anything is missing. Perhaps it was only used for certain export markets?
