Part number anybody for the temperature sender on the radiator to control the rad fan.

Thanks for that.
I looked for the number on e-bay, it has 3 connecting pins whereas mine has 2, presumably single speed fan.
The next post down had a 2 pin sender, part number numerically the same nut but with B suffix.

Yep, "B" is the single speed switch.
However, I would check your fan/fan wiring first - are there three terminals or two? It's possible someone retrofitted the wrong switch.

Fan wiring has just 2 terminals.
