Seat Runner Guide

Has anyone replaced theirs? The front one and one of the rears are the same as the mk1 Golf but the other rear guide is different and I can’t find it anywhere. The wobbly seat is driving me mad!! Please help!!

Plastic guides I bought from eBay I think a while ago.

Have you got a picture as I believe there is 2 types, I’ve an early car with the toomstone style seats and I could not find any so I’ve fitted Mk1 golf ones but they need a little trimming and if you move the seat to far they still come out but at least they stop the seats wobbling..
