Bought this beaut of a scirocco 2 weeks ago. It was in the previous owners family for 15years, dried stored for 10 and brought back on the road in 2013. It's covered only 2k miles since then. It's under gone - new fuel tank and filler neck, new fuel lines, copper brake lines, polybused, new A arms, all new brakes, well until I ruined the rear brakes. Oops! New Webber carb. JOM coilover suspension, 16" Toora centre lock wheels, wooden steering wheel.
Rest of the plans are to get it abit lower which will require a bit of arch work, new custom 3" upswept exhaust, and a carb tune/set up.

Yeah got it for a great price. They didn't want it just sitting around doing nothing, this way it gets cleaned and used regularly.BlackGTX wrote:Looks pretty clean. Reasonable price? Why the sale after so long?
