Ht leads to spark plugs

Hi all, just wondering what ht leads from the dizzy connect to what spark plug. I've changed the dizzy cap, rotor arm, ht leads, spark plugs and coil pack all at once but I stupidly changed them all at once. It's a 1.8 carb and the starter motor works normally but it just won't fire up whatsoever.

from memory looking at the top of the cap facing the car the one closest to the block is number one then 3 to the right, 4 closest to you and 2 being the last one to the left.
this is providing no ones done something stupid like turn the dizzy 180 degrees for a timing error

All leads are now in the correct plugs but still no luck starting. Fuel is getting to the carb but it just doesn't fire up at all. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
