Members location compulsory ?????

Post by Old Mac Rocco »

I don't know about anyone else but is it not time that a members location was made compulsory.
I don't mean the exact post code but only a rough description like "Between Knotty Ash and Blackpool" or something similar would do.
The reason I raise this point is that I have just been in contact with a member only to find out that he resides in Europe.
PLEASE NOTE I have no ill feelings towards Europeans but even on my ebay site I specify that I only post within the UK due to problems with two sold ebay items sent abroad going missing.
My sincerest apologies to the member concerned.
I hope this request is not taken in the wrong context, but for a few taps on a keyboard much confusion can be avoided.
If the mods are not happy with this post PLEASE remove it immediately.

Happily it has all worked out in the end.
Your clips will be on their way as soon as normal service is resumed at the Post Office.
If there are any other small postable parts you need drop me a pm if the UK address is still available.
Cheers.
