Lancaster Insurance Classic Motor Show 2016

We will be at the NEC from 11-13 November on stand 5-478.

Paid up members would have received a discount code a while back but it will be good to see as many other people on the stand across the three days.

Car-wise - we have a pillar restricted stand area this year hence we went with just a three car display - we'll have two of the very best stock Mk2's, an early one and a late one, on view plus a VERY special Mk1 project belonging to Edmundator that is having some final touches applied to it at the Rocco Grotto as I type this message.

Ant is pulling out all the stops to get it and Ed to the show set up day on Thursday - I've seen the pictures. It's a stunner and is the perfect car to mark the 40th birthday of our own incarnation of the GTI model.

There's even going to be an early winter/pre-xmas gathering of the clan in town on the Saturday evening.

Poor wifi at the NEC may preclude much in the way of updates but, assuming you're not a social media hater, we'll try to keep the updates going via FB and twitter, instragram too if I can manage it!
