My Scirocco became the recipient of an old 1988 GT interior due to the GT2 seats needing to be repaired. I'm looking to put the original seats back in and got curious about the seats I have. I couldn't find a mention of them anywhere but the MR dub website using very old pics. I couldn't even find any for sale. Are these something I should allow to end up in the hands of someone deserving or just stash to use again in mine because they carry no rarity as I'd hate to horde something that can go to good use.

Standard GT seats of the 85-88 era.
If someone was resto-ing one they might be of interest but the material would need to be in perfect condition as NLAvailable.

They are as immaculate as the photo but so long as they aren't sought after I'll stash them. I like my car original but daym they are so much comfier than gt2 bucket seats.
