Hi,
Anyone help with a supplier for the 38-40mm flexi pipe to connect filler to tank on the mk1 scirocco (heritage dont list it and silicone seems to be £40 ish per metre)
Thanks
Andrew

Re: fuel pipe - filler to tank
Hi,
I've just replaced mine on my 85 GTX. Bought one from here: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Mocal-Straigh ... 1077460665 (but too narrow - which I've now got as spare for something, also available in different sizes from - http://www.demon-tweeks.co.uk/motorspor ... -neck-hose),
so bought this: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VW-GOLF-MK1-G ... 1452129239. More expensive but did the job.
Also changed the filler pipe, tank, both pumps, fuel accumulator and all fuel pipes up to the fuel metering head. Cost a few ££££££!

Re: fuel pipe - filler to tank
where abouts are you based accyimp?
i have a meter of silicone pipe just for the job and can cut you a length to do the job.
let me know how long you need it and i will quote you a price posted.
if you can get your self some mikalor clamps to clamp the pipe with they are by far the best

Thanks for the offer James but I've already ordered one off e bay (thanks Serrow) but I'll take the advice on the mikalor clamps.
Thanks for all the help - getting there slowly but surely.
