Any suggestions for removing cellulose clearcoat over spray from a phone screen?

hammer followed by insurance claim? lol

ive found heavy duty industrial wipes are good for removing fresh paint and grime but it might etch the glass if left on for too long.

im sure it was these i used to wipe off underseal on my bonnet and bumper when a can of underseal exploded in the sun all over the front off the datsun.
didnt damage the paint fortunately but took the underseal straight off.


I dont mind project cars but I HATE SANDING!!!

Little bit of thinners or brake n clutch cleaner on a rag? Or a clay bar

Big wipes got most of it off. Not got a claybar, life's too short for that
