60inch at the front and 62inch at the back. this is going by adding 40mm all round by measurements alrady on car. but may be touch higher as my original shocks were stuffed.

Cheers for the replys.
I was just trying to work out if lowering the car actually makes much difference to ride height if your going from origenal suspension.
My car doesn't appear to be much lower than before I lowered it, hence why I asked the question

How long ago did you lower the car?
It takes a couple of weeks for things to settle down a little but you should see some difference straight away.

my current ride height is now 47cm from floor to wheel arch, front and rear. if you are on the fb site ? i am under scirocco shane. been looking at comparisons lately with regards to everyone ride height and think as a all round low and high, i believe the 'now' height is how it should of been when produced. its good over speed bumps, handles really well, and a proper 'feel' through the steering wheel. my suspension hunting is now complete. ( for now lol )

a few people have said their original suspension gives them a ride hieght of about 60cm from floor to arch so it would mean that yours has dropped by 130mm which would be a lot.

yeah shane ive added you a while back on fb. :good:

I went from standard original suspension to a -40mm all round kit. Ride height increased. Lots.
