National meet footage & possible Register promo vid.

Hi all, i hope everyone is well.
Last year i had the idea of combining footage from multiple sources to make a better balanced National video. I didnt have the thought until very near the meet date and so didnt get many contributors. This year, im hoping to retry the idea but with more notice.
The idea is this:
Simply film what footage you can of the meeting. Im especially interested in the drive / convoy to the event itself but the main display of cars would be good too. If you have a passenger coming along, get them to shoot other roccos that may be driving with you or of the convoy should you be joining it. The footage need not be perfect, just as long as the picture is a good enough resolution. Pictures would be good too. My aim is to personalise it a bit - give the meet a view from more perspectives. Even if its footage of a few people messing about and having fun, i may be able to use it. With more lenses capturing the action, im bound to be able to show more of the atmosphere we always get at these meets. It will also cover more cars if more people add to the filming.
If im able to get enough, i may also be able to combine it with previous years content to make a flyer or promo vid for the Register to put up so that folk can see what we get up to, and potentially attract a few more members.
I will be bringing a small laptop with card reader with me so i should be able to copy footage and label it with the shooters name, enabling me to credit those whose clips i use. I will be at both the meet and the campsite and copying footage wont take long so i can pass the memory cards straight back after a minute of downloading.
