Going to change the gear oil on the rocco what's the best brand/grade to use and how much does it take?
It's a kjet Scala with 130k on the clock

SAE 75w-90. Buy it from the dealers, it will be the correct one then and probably cheaper than a lot of motor factors IMHO.

My local dealer doesn't carry vw oils etc only Mobil One and that's it! I went in for some Synta and they just looked at me blankly.
Start off slow and methodical, that doesn't work so shout curse and hit it till it works.

Mate in carparts said there's actually a special 75/90 listed for it so he's getting me some in.
