Braided brake hoses.
Can anyone recommend any braided brake hoses for the Rocco ? I need the ones for the rear right now but, would be happy to buy a whole set as I'll be moving onto the front when I've finished the rear beam.

I had a set of Goodridge on the Storm.
Would've fitted the same to the Passat but another brand (forget which) unused second handcame up on a Forum much cheaper .

Cheers Ryan, Did they improve the braking compared to rubber OE pipes ?
Also, anybody know where I can get pre formed solid brake pipes or at least pre made straight lengths ready for bending ? I have made copper pipes myself in the past but they never look very neat.

Get some HEL ones, they have stainless fittings, unlike the Goodridge ones.

Difficult to say what effect the Goodridge hoses had as I upgraded to 256mm fronts, bigger M/cylinder at the same time...overall it was night and day difference.

Thanks Polov8 and Ryan, That's that sorted then thanks. Just checked out the Ebay link and they're really close to me. hopefully I'll be able to collect them in person. I may do a front end upgrade too but for now I want to get the back end all sorted.
