Re: digi rocco
I can't answer your question but I have the correct inlet manifold, fuel rail and airbox (probably the rubber inlet mani pipe too) - from a US Digifant mk1 Golf cabrio.
It would look like this all fitted -

I also have a brand new Digifant distributor, brand new genuine injectors, injector holders + some sensors too. Can you guess who was planning a Digi Scirocco?

Re: digi rocco
i put a 2E with digipants in mine. used a cone filter and made up the pipe with black 68mm down pipe. bit crude, but worked fine

nothing wrong with a bit of improvisation, it's what modded cars are all about ehNate wrote:i put a 2E with digipants in mine. used a cone filter and made up the pipe with black 68mm down pipe. bit crude, but worked fine

no, i'm just a pikey and hate parting with money. only reason it got a 2E put in was that i put a conrod thru the block and needed an engine cheap. bought a complete car and swapped the engine and complete wiring loom over (including clocks, which kind of "fitted")

Unlike the switchgear which really didn't! I remember the various light switches dangling out the dash.Nate wrote:no, i'm just a pikey and hate parting with money. only reason it got a 2E put in was that i put a conrod thru the block and needed an engine cheap. bought a complete car and swapped the engine and complete wiring loom over (including clocks, which kind of "fitted")

Re: digi rocco
that's only cos you saw it nearly finished. when it went for mot the switches were stuck to the steering column with gaffer tape. miserable b****** refused to test itTim_R wrote:Unlike the switchgear which really didn't!
