Deffo worth changing for high tensile versions....they are like chocolate and a right pain in the butt to remove without rounding them.

When I have had problems getting them out, i have found that hammering a spline drive socket used to remove driveshaft bolts into the hex gets them out nicely :P

scrape out the inside of the head before you start to remove all the oily dirt that will have accumulated in there. use an allen bit on a ratchet drive and tap the bit fully in with a hammer before you start. i've not had a problem getting one off yet. the usual reason people round out allen headed bolts is not getting the bit all the way in.
