Head Gasket

Post by Sean »

Gutted. To be fair the old girl hasn't given me too many problems until now.
Seems I'm looking around £300 all in. Is there anything I need to be thinking of whilst she's in bits? Any cheeky mods I can do without too much trouble? Anything that can increase performance. Was also thinking of tidying up the rocker cover, maybe powder coating or chroming. Any thoughts?

Powder coating the rocker cover would be nice. With regards to the head, you could consider getting it gas flowed etc if you fancy - it will cost a bit mind.
