Mk.1 needed for 'Classic Car' photoshoot

Post by Hancock »

Hello

Sorry to disturb you at such very short notice but 'Classic Car' magazine would very much like to run an article on the Mk.1 Scirocco - and so we wondering if you knew of any Mk.1 owner who would like to take part in the shoot on the afternoon/evening of Monday 29th. The location would probably be the Warrington/Chester area - and naturally the magazine does re-imburse petrol expenses!

Many thanks

Andrew Roberts

Many thanks for your help. Bruntingthorpe sounds likes a great event but the other car we are photographing is Warrington based - hence the location. But we would very much like to feature the Scirocco Mk.1 in 'Classic Car' - I think I am right in saying that it would be the first feature on this VW in the magazine.

Alas - Norm has had to pull out - so a Mk.1 is still urgently required for sunny Warrington on Monday 29th!
